I am trying to get a refund for a dog cage that i purchased that would not fit into my SUV due to being too large. It has been the most difficult thing I have ever had to go through with Wish. I have been ordering from them for years. Biggest problem with this is that they don’t believe it wont fit in my SUV!! I have a 8 month old dog that has to have exploratory surgery on march 3rd and i needed it to bring him home. i took it out to fit it in my car and it was too large. i repacked the box the same day i received it, taped it all up and requested a refund and i would purchase a smaller one. I have been battling with Wish customer service sense!!!! Now they want me to unpack the box, show pics it doesn’t fit in my SUV before they can even consider a refund!! Im out $87 for something i cannot use!! For years I have been using Wish but if I do not receive a refund, that WILL be my last order!!!!! I even offered to order a smaller one that will fit and have them just issue a refund minus shipping and that doesn’t make sense to them either!! I called the company in GA that they purchase the item from and they said they cannot help we either because Wish purchases from them for resale on their site.

on nov 9th i was told my refund was sent..it was for white coat.. i haveny seen no refund..whaere is ut?
